Built by an operator and an enterprise technologist
Moovi is the operating platform for the removals industry. It is built by a founder who started on the vans and spent sixteen years in enterprise technology, with a customer success function led by someone who built her craft at vertical SaaS scale. Real people, real provenance, real accountability.
The founder
Moovi was built by Sam Clark, who started on the vans at Pickfords and spent sixteen years in enterprise technology, selling cloud, infrastructure and cybersecurity into banks, the NHS and large regulated organisations, before building it. The software is the by-product of both: the years on the vans and the years in enterprise technology. The hands-on removals experience tells Moovi what the operator actually needs the platform to do. The enterprise technology background tells Moovi how to build it properly, on infrastructure that businesses can run on.
Customer success
Moovi's customer success and onboarding is led by Juliette Auger, a co-founder who built her customer success craft in vertical software at scale, including at Procore. Customers get founder-level care and direct access to the team, not a faceless ticket queue. The relationship does not end at go-live, it starts there, with regular check-ins during implementation, structured training for the office, surveyors, crew and warehouse staff on the parts they actually use, and a documented support approach you can hold us to.
The company
Moovi is built by Moovi Group Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17174727, based in Ashford, Kent. The platform is built and owned on Microsoft Azure with UK data residency. The company runs on its own platform internally, so the operators using Moovi know that the team building it has the same skin in the game.
The platform itself
Moovi is around 180,000 lines of code, roughly 26,000 of them automated tests, the part most people skip and the reason it holds up in production rather than just demoing well. It is built and run in-house on infrastructure the team manages itself, externally penetration-tested and passed, with UK data residency and a multi-cloud design. When something breaks, Moovi's own engineers fix it. When something goes on the roadmap, it is Moovi shipping it, not a third party on someone else's timeline.
The founding ambassadors
Moovi is shaped by three founding global ambassadors, the people who define, audit and train the standards the professional industry has to meet. In the UK, a QSS inspector and former BAR Commercial President who audits around 120 BAR firms a year and has owned and operated two removal firms. In Europe, a former FIDI trainer. In East Asia, a FIDI trainer and former FIDI President. Between them they train the standard, audit the standard, and have run the businesses that have to meet it, so when Moovi says it is built to the standard FAIM and BAR demand, that is because the people who set those standards helped shape it.
Why this matters for the operator
- Founder credibility combining hands-on removals and enterprise technology. The platform was designed by someone who has done the work.
- Customer success led by someone with vertical SaaS experience at scale, not learned on the job at the operator's expense.
- A registered UK company with a published Companies House number and a documented Data Processing Agreement. Real provenance, not a faceless brand.
