Moovi is live in production with multiple removals and storage operators across two continents, the UK and Asia. Every Moovi customer is a multi-site operator, and they include multiple BAR members.
Software doesn't shape an industry. The people do. The best software is shaped by the people who shape the industry.
Starting as a porter means I know what the crew actually does when the plan meets the house. I then spent sixteen years building and selling software in regulated industries, so I know how systems are supposed to be put together.
What I did not have was the operator view. The nuances you only learn by running a removals business. The depth and skill required to orchestrate one of the most complex and varied logistics operations there is. Nobody tells you that. You find it out by doing it for generations.
Our founding customers are exactly that, customers. They run their businesses on Moovi every day, and they also give us the guidance that shaped it. They brought the intricacies of running a removals business, and there are hundreds of them.
Moovi is a better platform than I could have built on my own, and the organisations below are the reason.
A.H. Tripp & Son
Established 1867 - a founding customer.
Established in 1867. Tripp Removals has been a trusted name in removals and storage for over 150 years, operating across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire and Greater London.
A founding customer. They came in at launch and run their business on Moovi. Their contribution has been significant across the survey workflow, the crew app on the day, and the shape of a job from enquiry through to sign off.

Easyshipping
Established 2003 - a founding customer.
Operating for over two decades, Easyshipping has built its reputation on delivering exceptional residential, commercial, domestic, European and international moving and storage solutions. From its industry-leading road trains to specialist furniture hoists, Easyshipping continues to set the benchmark for quality, innovation and professionalism within the removals industry, supported by over 20,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art storage space.
As one of Moovi's founding customers, Easyshipping has played a significant role in developing the warehouse and storage capabilities of the platform. Working closely with the Moovi team, they have helped refine QR code workflows and the way goods move throughout the warehouse, so that every item from a customer's move, right down to an individual cardboard box, is uniquely tracked and located at every stage.

Headquartered in Hong Kong and serving Hong Kong, mainland China and international destinations worldwide, ReloSmart Movers offers the full range of relocation services, from international and domestic moves to air-conditioned storage, pet relocation and vehicle handling. They have built their reputation on a simple idea that fits ours exactly: that moving should be smart, not complicated, made easy by experienced advisors, well-trained crews, and solutions tailored to the customer rather than forced on them.
As our founding customer in Asia, ReloSmart are the first in the region, and they are going to play a significant part in Moovi establishing a base there and in helping us understand the nuances across their operating countries. Our warehouse module, for instance, will expand under their guidance to support pallets, which are used frequently in Hong Kong, so that the platform reflects how the region actually works rather than assuming the UK way is the only way.
