A platform your business can run on.
Moovi is built and owned on Microsoft Azure, the same enterprise infrastructure trusted by banks and the NHS, built by someone who spent sixteen years selling exactly this into regulated industries.
Moovi is built by Moovi Group Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17174727, based in Ashford, Kent.
The problem
Ask the harder question first: what does it cost you if your system is breached? Your customer records, home addresses, move dates and payment details are exactly what an attacker wants. UK GDPR penalties run to a maximum of the higher of 17.5 million pounds or 4 per cent of annual turnover. The ICO scales fines to the business, so a firm your size would not face the headline figure, but the fine is not where the real cost sits. One breach means notifying every affected customer, the remediation, possible compensation claims, cyber insurance that costs more or pays out less, and the customers who leave once they learn their data was exposed. For a removals firm turning over a few hundred thousand to a million pounds, a serious breach is comfortably a five-figure event before a penny of reputational damage.
How Moovi does it
UK data residency. Multi-tenant isolation so your data is yours alone. An audit-grade evidence trail. Tested backups and recovery. This is not an AI feature with a website attached. It is a hardened platform your business can run on, GDPR compliant by design, with a Data Processing Agreement and your data exportable on request.
- Microsoft Azure with UK data residency
- Multi-tenant isolation and an audit-grade trail
- GDPR compliant by design, with a DPA and full data export
What this means for you
What this means for you: the cost and the risk of a breach, the fine, the breach response, the compensation, the customers who walk, are carried on enterprise infrastructure you do not have to build, host or maintain. You stop paying for your own server and your own IT time, and you stop carrying the risk yourself.
Frequently asked
Is Moovi secure?
Yes, and security is built in, not bolted on. Moovi runs on Microsoft Azure with the controls expected of a serious production platform: authentication through Microsoft Entra, secrets managed in a dedicated key vault, customer data encrypted in transit and at rest, multi-tenant isolation so one customer can never see another's data, and an audit-grade evidence trail. This is the area Sam spent sixteen years in before building Moovi, selling exactly this kind of infrastructure and cybersecurity into banks and the NHS.
Where is my data hosted, and is it in the UK?
Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure with UK data residency. It stays in the UK, on the same enterprise infrastructure that regulated industries here rely on. For an operator handling customers' home addresses, move dates and payment details, where the data lives and how it is protected matters, and Moovi can answer that question properly.
Is Moovi reliable, and what happens if it goes down?
Moovi is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure designed for high availability, with the monitoring, backup and recovery posture of a platform that businesses run on. This is the difference between an AI feature with a website attached and a hardened platform engineered to stay standing. Moovi was built by someone whose enterprise career was about uptime, continuity and serious systems, because that is what a business betting itself on a platform actually needs.
Is Moovi GDPR compliant, and is there a Data Processing Agreement?
Yes. Moovi is built to be GDPR compliant by design, with documented data processing arrangements, and a Data Processing Agreement formalises the obligations between Moovi and the customer. The cyber security posture is documented and reviewable. These are exactly the questions a serious operator's IT advisor will ask, and Moovi is built to answer them rather than dodge them.
Can I get my data out if I decide to leave?
Yes. Your data is yours. Moovi holds and processes it on your behalf and provides standard export formats for all of it, and this is set out contractually in the Data Processing Agreement. Moovi has no interest in trapping anyone. The business depends on customers staying because they want to, not because they cannot get their data back.
Was Moovi built on Lovable?
Our marketing website was built using Lovable. The Moovi platform itself is a separate application, built and maintained by our in-house engineering team and hosted on dedicated, private Microsoft Azure infrastructure with UK data residency, multi-tenant isolation and tested backups. The website you are reading and the platform your business runs on are two different systems, by design.
